I visited Dr. McKiff with a substantially chipped crown. I’m certain that my previous dentist would have strongly urged me to have it replaced, but Dr. McKiff explained that the crown was still intact and fine. This was a relief to me, as I prefer not to spend the $400 right now. He filed the jagged edge down for me (for free) and I went home happy and comfortable. And he and his staff didn’t once complain about my busy 2yr-old who came with me that day.
